Latino Community Development Agency Program offers a comprehensive curriculum of services targeting all ages from new born babies to senior citizens. The philosophy of the LCDA is to promote and support cultural values of spirituality, strong work ethic, close knit family life style and financial independence rather than offering programs that promote dependence. Also, the philosophy of the LCDA is to form partnerships with other providers and to fill service gaps rather than duplicating services. The LCDA serves as a voice for and with the local Latino community.
The LCDA is lead by a team of Latino and non-Latino community leaders who meets regularly every other month. Internally, the administration of the agency is provided by a President/CEO, a COO, and a Management Team comprised by the Directors of the major program areas.
